The 7th annual Community Manager Appreciation Day (#CMAD) is happening on 25 January. Community management is a proud part of what we do at Cerebra and, because our community managers are just incredible at what they do, we’re dedicating the entire month to appreciating them.
Over the next few weeks, we’ll share loads of content highlighting why community management is such a critical role within any social strategy and why community managers absolutely deserve our appreciation.
To highlight the immense skills required to be a community manager, we’ll post a challenging quiz wherein you can test your own CM skills and a video showing the lighter (and darker) side of community management. We’re also inviting our clients to manage their own platforms while our community managers get spoilt, and, of course, we’ll be highlighting the importance of great community management in a career focus blog post.
Keep your eyes open for the host of content coming up over the next few weeks and, if you know any community managers, give them a hug or a high-five, and let’s show our appreciation for the amazing work they do.
