INTRO TO SOCIAL BUSINESS, PRINCIPLES AND SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS
In the first week, we look at the remarkable growth of social media over the past decade, specifically assessing its impact on the relationship between brands, consumers and employees. We will then take a close look at the principles of social media marketing and the various social platforms available to marketers.
