Reports to: Group Account Director / Account Director

Responsible for assisting the Group Account Director / Account Director with delivering service excellence on the allocated client(s)

Main Areas of Responsibility

Client Health – allocated client

  • Excellent service delivery on allocated briefs (including timeouse delivery and meeting / exceeding client expectations
  • Building long term relationships with clients (junior and mid level)
  • Assisting Group Account Director / Accounnt Director with managing delivery of client portfolio requirements
  • Assisting Group Account Director / Accounnt Director with compiling quarterly account review plans
  • Assisting Group Account Director / Accounnt Director to compile and manage project and / or retainer recons, quotes, client expectations on briefs
  • Escalate challenges / concerns to the Group Account Director / Account Director, and if not available request assistance from the Client Service Director

Client Profitability – allocated clients

  • Ensuring adequate timing for deliverables for agency team members to deliver great work
  • Writing clear and concise briefs that will assist agency teams to deliver great work that meets and exceeds client expectations
  • Ensuring client feedback / debriefs is consolidated before sharing with traffic
  • Compiling accurate client quotes for Client Service Director approval and finalization with clients
  • Assisting line manager with compiling retainer recons to meet scoped budgets
  • Managing financial requirements on accounts:
    • Meeting billing deadlines and providing accurate feedback on financial queries
    • Managing SOX compliance and assisting on auditing queries
    • Preparing feedback and attending charge out meetings
    • Ensuring work does not commence without a PO

Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Diploma

Experience

  • 1-2 years experience as an Account Executive preferably in a creative agency or 1 -2 years practical marketing experience managing deliverable for a client / agency
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Proven ability to write effective briefs
  • Team orientated and goal driven
