Deliver the highest standard animation principles and a use a range of techniques to drive high quality visuals and bring content to life.

Main areas of responsibility

  • Create beautifully-crafted animation, design and other forms of rich media, within the tone and strategy of the client
  • Use animation to give the impression of action through changing images for all social media platforms
  • Collaborate with the Designer and Video Content Creator to create compelling, visual story-driven moments as per client brief
  • Lead the production of animation projects from conception to deliver and demonstrate excellent planning and task scheduling, to deliver animation to required quality, specification and time.
  • Responsible for all quality control of animated content
  • Identify and research the best techniques for all multimedia
  • Understand and apply client CI and animation principles to all multimedia
  • Using innovation to redefine animation brief within the constraints of cost and time
  • Input into brainstorms and ideation


  • 4 – 5 years


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Multimedia, Design or Animation

  • Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues
  • Understanding of social media marketing (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, other) is beneficial.

  • Ability to function well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Versatility and adaptability.
  • Knowledge of and ability to keep abreast of new developments within the social media, Creative and passionate about social media
  • Design and storyboarding skills would be a bonus
