You will help us use web technologies to achieve the business growth goals of our clients. You will identify needs and new opportunities and aspire to increase the brand awareness for both our clients and Cerebra. If you’re a tech-savvy trendsetter who has innovative ideas to improve customer experience, we would like to meet you. For this position, you should be comfortable with content marketing principles and have ecommerce expertise, creative and comfortable working with a team. Ultimately, you should be able to effectively connect brands with online customers and have technical knowledge and implementation experience regarding content automation software and data architecture.

Main areas of responsibility

  • Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs)
  • Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
  • Analyse web traffic metrics alongside web analyst and suggest solutions to boost web presence
  • Monitor SEO/SEM/SMM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
  • Build strong clients relationships through personal interaction. Always consult clients on integrated digital best practise
  • Keep up-to-date with client audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
  • Liaise with Client departments, partner agencies and internal teams to optimise customer experience and ensure brand consistency
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments
  • Establish best practices in digital content marketing
  • Identify advertising and communication needs


  • Proven work experience as a Digital marketing strategist or Digital marketing manager
  • Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM/SMM and CRM
  • Experience implementing and optimising content marketing strategies and digital campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of web and social analytics tools
  • Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices
  • Familiarity with web design and HTML
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field
  • Social platform certification i.e. Facebook Blueprint and Google certified
