The award-winning communications agency, Cerebra Communications, based in Northern Johannesburg, is looking for a writer to join our lively and extremely unique creative team.

Position to be filled ASAP.

Duties: 

• Write content for content-specific online projects.
• Write and contribute articles and features for magazines and newspapers.
• Edit, write and re-write articles, features, ad copies, and other content.
• Write and produce advertising copies for print and media campaigns.
• Research and write technical content for products, services and projects.
• Write and produce instructional content for academic courses and projects.
• Write and produce user interface copies.
• Create and drive content strategy for specific projects.
• Assist and support researchers in developing content-specific projects.

Minimum requirements: 

• Absolute minimum requirements
• A degree or diploma in languages or copywriting.
• Outstanding English copy editing, proofreading, copywriting and translating skills.
• Must have an extremely good eye for detail.
• At least one year experience as a copy editor and/or copywriter.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
